Large amount of rusty metal containers - drums, paint cans, etc. dumped in the parking lane right next to a storm drain (which is often backed up when it rains)
Westbound side of East 8th just before corner with 12th Avenue
I have to assume at least some of this is HAZMAT material.

A. Yeah there is usually a bunch of garbage dumped here, more than once a week. Some of it is related to an encampment of RVs at the other end of the block, I have seen a person wheeling a garbage can from there over to this area to dump garbage.
