Women yelling, They use the bathroom outside this home and at 2289 E.20th St. People stopping in their cars and double park to purchase drugs ON A DAILY BASIS even with children in their cars. Constant noise all day and night. Can a patrol car drive by every day for a least two weeks and maybe they'll get the message or a least tell them they can't be there? The residents in this proximity are afraid to confront them.
