This is awful, but Mayor Napoleon doesn’t care about Bridgeport anymore, never did anyway.
And no one from the city will respond to this post

Thank you for reporting the issue to the City of Bridgeport. It is unfortunate that individuals would urinate on the side of the street. As you are aware, city offices/departments are closed and can only respond to real emergency and vital services. We are working remotely and are not at full capacity to respond to issues in a more timely manner. The incident most likely happened on a one time basis but none-the-less, this is unacceptable. The information will be forwarded to the city's Health Department so they will be informed.
