I have lived on Charles St. for 24 years. The residents have asked for speed limit signs for years. The city has taken away the parking on the street from Pearl to Highland Ave. Making this a drag strip. I thought there were going to be a flashing speed limit signs installed? Can the city at least put up some speed limit signs? They put up the no parking sign quickly.
