Description

There is a silver Jeep Wrangler parked over the sidewalk and it is blocking the sidewalk entirely making it impossible for wheelchairs, strollers, and anyone walking to pass through this area.

This is a daily occurrence at the northwest corner of Yale Avenue and Chapel Street, with SUV completely blocking the side walk (off Yale Ave), so that walkers, strollers, etc have to go into the street. These cars should be ticketed if they do not respond to a warning.
