Home owner has built the backyard up in addition to having a cement wall running down the yard under the chain link fence...preventing the neighborhoods natural flow of rainwater run off. Causes flooding in neighboring yards and will drain the pool at the end of summer also into neighboring yards instead of out to road! Can't the county do anything with this monstrosity of a house, looks like Memorial stadium.
