28 years ago I had two trees planted before my house through city program. Around 9 years ago one of them died. I wrote it city and they came out and removed it except for the root and stem in the ground. Finally after writing and again, they came out two years ago removed the stem, but still have not planted a tree. I would like to request that a tree be planted there.
