There needs to be another Do Not Enter sign added to the end of Kenmore Rd. Residents of Kenmore and Autumn St disobey the sign and travel up to Main St. This is a daily occurrence. A resident of Autumn St does this every time.

If they are residents that are doing this then I would assume that they already know its a one-way. I dont think a second sign will change their poor driving habits and disregard for the rule of law. If youd like to send along their information I would be happy to attempt to explain the dangers and liability they face by operating a vehicle against a one way street.
I have deployed Officers to this very street in the past for the same violation. I dont recall any violations coming from residents on the street. I will schedule this for some covert enforcement .
