Junk cars and dump trunk. Some without current or any tags. Residential streets being used to keep inventory. Overgrown vegetation. After hours work on cars and test drives of cars with improper, nonfunctional or no mufflers. Noisy work conducted in residential area in 8 to 11 o’clock p.m. hours on Sunday, July 5, 2020. However, this is a common occurrence. Including, but not limited to, Art. 18-17-102C and various zone C4 violations are present. Min. Lot size violated. Max. Lot coverage violated.
