this is a whizzer. they have been made since the 50's. Basically a 2 stroke oil/gas mix engine propelling a bike. One of these just flew by our place on North Winooski ave at about 40mph!..no plates, no helmet or eye protection, moments later, he returned down the wrong way of the one way street!

why are these motor driven cycles allowed to use the streets with total disregard to all traffic laws and safety of others?
they are using bike lanes as well as the Burlington bike path.

education and enforcement please. signage as well
