Request for Installation

Please make efforts to install arrows for turning on the Foothill Blvd. and High St. intersection. It is a commonly used intersection w/ lots of traffic. There is always trouble trying to turn. Waiting for incoming traffic to pass before one can turn.
Please recommend where would be the correct place to ask for this installation if this is not the place.
