Description
These people let their dogs out anytime - last night we were awoken at 3:45 am for about 10 minutes of barking. We don't call in because by the time the officers would arrive, the dogs will be back inside and they will deny it as they have in the past. We have tried EVERYTHING to solve this and are SUPER frustrated. Animal Control did absolutely nothing and the husband in the house retaliates even when people are nice about asking them to contain the noise. People have pretty much given up trying to get anything done but about 3 out of 5 nights a week we get woken up. It's just not right.

They may be able to speak with the resident, even if the dogs are back in the house. At least to advise him of the noise issue.
You can always call here 508-872-1212 when they are barking, even if you think the dogs would be back inside before officers arrived, you could have the incident logged in the police log and they would hear the barking when you call
