Damaged abandoned car at the north side of 30th St., 15 feet west of Union Street. Silver four-door Hyundai sonata, CA license 8HAZ234, November 2020 registration. Flat front drivers side tir, So not in drivable condition. Right front fender smashed and right passenger front window broken out. 9/19/20 photos.e
