Memorial Graffiti a long while now on PENNIMAN AVE. SIDE of boarded up storefront NEXT TO 2881 - 38th Ave. Flowers, candles, etc. are now gone but graffiti remains, along with a couple vehicles that appear abandoned in front of it (open windows, filled with trash).
