Cars pulling out of Bolivar (heading west) onto Orchard are unable to see around the bushes or snow (depending upon time of year). Only way to see down the hill is to edge out of Bolivar to see around the corner and down the hill, but then cars coming up the hill are startled when they get to the top and see a car half way out into the intersection!! Someone is going to get seriously hurt someday trying to turn off of Bolivar onto Orchard and it isn't going to be pretty!!
