There's been quite a few accidents this summer ALONE at this intersection. And i can't even tell you how many times i'm glad that i stop fully and look both ways(I live on culvert)because if i hadn't on my little motorcycle, i'd be dead. People just don't stop, particularly when they're coming down High St from Church St/Patco.

This intersection and the intersection of Washington Ave/Culvert Street are INSANELY dangerous, and worse off, the city knows about it. Trust me, the Neighborhood Watch from the area makes damn sure about that. And nothing is done. It's going to cost the town and taxpayers in the end , quit a bit more than some occasional enforcement or a new stop sign...

They might need to Re-name to Idiot Junction,I have seen just about on Any Given day & time of day ppl either Don't bother to Slow down or Stop,they Don't seem to know Who's turn it is,I don't go until I know someone will STOP esp after many tines I would've been Hit had I not been watching & tonight around 11pm I ran out & Sure enough some IDIOT FLEW THROUGH in a SUV & I have been taking down info on ppl who clearly Don't care,because it helps Me to Keep My Cool,this guy drove So fast I didn't get his Plate as he drove through the Light by Roma & FLEW up Highland Ave.& from what I've noticed it's Everyone,Male,Female,Young & Old & only a matter of time before someone get's HURT & I hope I'll have there Info to Prove they have NO business driving Period!

This week I came within inches of being hit at the intersection. I stopped at the stop sign on High St. I was attempting to make a left onto Culvert when I noticed an suv coming over the ridge on High St. At a less than appropriate speed. I stopped short and the foolish female driving the suv nearly hit me save for her veering onto Culvert to avoid a collision. She then proceeded to flip ME off. I am getting sick and tired of people running the stop signs on High St. If it takes someone to be seriously injured I certainly hope it is not me or my wife. This needs to be addressed with increased, and I mean very aggressive police activity in the area.
