There are cars that park on the street right next to the no longer operating bus stop #28 on Fair Oaks Blvd that sit all day blasting music and smoking cigarettes. The problem is that my office window faces this space and I hear the noise all day. How do we get someone to verify that these vehicles aren’t loitering all day?
