The oddest thing I've seen. Today was Street Cleaning on Odd Side of Street on Lexington Ave. This car ( parked the wrong way) pulled in and left, When City truck pulled up it went out of it's way to alert the car owner by playing the tape announcement but to no avail No one showed the City vehicle went up Lexington and the Street Sweeper came by and went around this car! No ticket No tow!! Why?!
