Description

Unknown individual is repeatedly parking vehicles with expired/missing tags really close to corner at intersection causing traffic making right hand turn onto Barbersville Road into oncoming traffic, nearly causing several head on collisions. Have witnessed individual trying to sell vehicles from this location (he does not live at this location)
