Deskripsyon

The escalator at the Georgia Ave. Petworth Station stays broken. When it is fixed, it only last half a day. Why does Metro continue to go up on their fares and we still have to walk up steps, or wait forever for the street elevator.

CONSIDERING THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE THAT USE METRO ESCALATORS MEANING YOUNG OLDER AND DISABLED. IT IS VERY WRONG TO KEEP DOING PATCH UP JOBS INSTEAD OF GIVING PEOPLE WHAT THEY DSERVE AND PAY FOR. SOME PEOPLE .LIKE MYSELF FIND IT IMPOSSIBLE TO WALK UP AND DOWN THESE ESCALATORS. THE SAD PART IS THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR YEARS AND YEARS. DOES METRO PLAN TO EVER GET THINGS RIGHT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. WHILE METRO CONTINUE TO GIVE LESS AND CHARGE MORE.WHAT ABOUT YOR CUSTOMERS???

It's been two months now and during that time the escalators have been working all day about a total of five times. Three times where the up was only working and two times when both have been working......If anyone has a camera, please take a picture.......Someone posted that this was Brookland Catholic U. Station, that's wrong....... it is actually on the Green Line, Georgia Ave. Petworth Station....Georgia Ave Southbound exit.

Metro should be ashamed of itself!!!...This is ridiculus!!!...The platform escalator is now on the mend!!!...What is going on?...I think metro should give discounts until this problem (system-wide) is fixed!!!....Metro continues to inconveniemce their customers and we cant really do anything about it...I think a boycott would bring a certain reality to the situation!!....If a store continues to mess up I would take my business elsewhere.
