Various catch basins on Clifton and nearby on Quinnipiac have been put on the emergency cleaning list, and will be dealt with as soon as possible. They have been clogged with de-icing sand which was put on the road during the recent snow as a safety precaution because of the steep slope on Clifton. Thank you for reporting the issue.
