They did some patchwork but they need to go ahead and fix the road! It is horrible and its like driving on an obstacle course. I would love to see the Town of Dover have to drive in thier personal cars for a few days down this road then maybe they will fix it.

No the town has NOT fixed this street at all on any given day you can drive through Dover and see at least 6 other streets being worked on but they have not even tried to fix King Street at all. When driving through Dover its like a maze to get anywhere in Dover but then you see these workmen sitting around talking and blocking traffic to milk a little more money for a job that should take less time. Dover needs to do something about King Street alot of people use it as a speedway from the mall and rte 80 to cut over to 46. Someone is going to get hurt driving on this street then what is Dover going to say? Oh we were going to fix it?? You can blow a tire driving down this pothole ridden road

This issue has not been resolved in any way or form. The town has repaved several roads such as Searing Street and several roads near the route 46 bridge reconstruction but have not even attempted to fix King Street. King street is used as a short cut from Mt. Hope to route 46 and ppl have driven like maniacs and yet they removed the 25 mph sign that was placed in the street last October. This problem on King street has gotten increasingly worse over the last few months but the town has made no effort to fix the potholes or repave at all. They have filled in 2 potholes up towards the far far end on King Street but nothing else. What is the sense of this website if nothing gets done at all except to waste my time in sending in reports

Tired of reporting for the town to ignore. doing minor patchwork to cover a hole that reopens with rain or snow is not fixing the problem
