There's a manhole cover (that says Electrical on it) that is warped or uneven, so that every time a car goes over it, there is a "bum-bum" sound. Could the manhole cover be replaced or fixed?
The cover is on Putnam Ave, right near where it intersects with Flagg and Kinnaird, in the northbound lane.
