Email sent to BHA requiring removal. I will be checking on January 5th. These particular issues have been tougher to deal with as people are encouraged to visit outside as much as possible. The city in general has recognized this and has allowed extra time for folks to come into compliance because of the human need to socialize. I realize that this answer will not satisfy everyone, that's simply impossible.
