Thank you for reporting this issue. DPW conducts bike lane snow and ice clearing operations concurrently with street and sidewalk clearing during storms and in days following. We have continued to increase the scope of our operations with additional staff and specialized pieces of equipment.
Maintaining bike lanes free of snow and ice during the winter is a challenge, and snow operations managers use feedback such as this request to continually improve snow clearing during future storms.
