The little bits of paper at 779 Buena Vista Avenue are on private property, therefore, the City cannot encroach on the property to do anything about it. The homeowner is responsible for cleaning the property area. If the items were in the gutter, I could send the street sweeper to clean it up. Thank you for letting the Public Works Department know about this situation.
