Another high speed chase where the drivers destination was outlook street due to the very dark street with no street lights. My neighbors try to put up as many lights as we can on fences , garages , houses ,& even on trees but nothing is better the MH or HPS lights the city has. So please help us keep Oakland streets safe at night with just a little light to keep the dealers , thieves , crooks ect. Visible
