Traffic signal for eastbound 53rd at San Pablo Ave not picking up bicycles. This signal has been reported so many times before, is listed as fixed by Caltrans, and then stops picking up bikes again. 53rd is one of the only E-W bikeways between Emeryville and Oakland, so it is imperative that this signal work for them 100% of the time.
