The traffic light at Rogers Road and heritage Ranch Road is not turning green in the evenings for people Trying to turn left out of heritage branch Road. I have set at the stoplight the last few evenings for 5 to 7 minutes before it changes and it usually takes someone else pulling up to the light or multiple cars before it does.
