Cambridge and it's DPW are negligent. and derelict in their duties. It would be better to call the mayor or City Manager's office to complain specifically about this. The DPW obviously needs more oversight. Consider calling a city councilor

Yes there are some tough conditions out there and it seems that people are having varied success handling them... most efficient resolution for this request would be to call DPW parks who clear and salt some of these paths with small machines. City hall is the best choice for emotional support.
