The lock on the 911 fire box is rusted and does not unlock.

Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. Yesterday, HPD needed to enter our neighborhood but could not unlock the lock on the 911 switch box. She informed us we needed to contact 311 to have the lock replaced.
