I reported this last winter, plow trucks rip off the manhole cover during snow storms, public works sent a patch truck with asphalt last march to cover the manhole cover but never fixed the issue, just a band aid and now a year later , we still have the same issue
Stop with the Mickey Mouse repair and do the job correct the first time..
PW should be embarrassed !!!
