Behind the parking lot in the wooded area, there is a Manhole that has become exposed, ( there is no top) and it is very dangerous as someone or something could fall inside, and it has created a sinkhole which a tree has fallen already

some crew came and placed a cap on the hole but only halfway.
it is still a danger and when it rains this drains straight into sausal creek.

Dear DPW,
I second Donavan's concerns about this issue: why was it only partially capped: manholes must be completely covered. Is this issue under the purview of another agency or Dept, and should we redirect our comments? Please advise...
