Description

If you are coming from Humphrey and trying to turn on Whitney or cross Whitney Ave to get to the Yale Parking lot, sometimes the light won't trigger green so a whole line of cars gets backed up. Occasionally the light triggers at it seems like it is working correctly, but the past few mornings when I've driven to work it gets stuck on red for 10 minutes at a time. The light doesn't always stay stuck on red, but the past few times I've driven to work it has. However, if you are a car driving from the opposite side, out of the Yale lot, the signal will turn green, just not coming from the Humphrey side.
