Agreed. This has always been the case with parking bans. This city just doesn't care about clearing the streets (and therefore providing access to parking or safe streets for drivers and pedestrians) at all. It's ridiculous and really embarrassing that pretty much every other city can manage and New Haven sits around staring blankly like it's never showed before and they have no idea how to handle it.
