Sidewalk repairs is the responsibilities of the homeowners, unless it is public city property. This has been in effect for years, just like tree trimming/removal.

Really? That’s insane especially because they’d make you pull a permit ($$$$) and you need permission to do ANYTHING like that.. because it’s city property!!! Well then don’t you think the city should pay for it?

Vallejo family, Yes, I do think the COV should maintain all sidewalks and not put it onto homeowners. You need a Permit to do anything in California!
