Anyone can close out an issue.
Would you mind helping seeclickfix in PGH?
It seems that there a lot of open issues from when WPXI did a pothole story last winter.
Would you be able to find a group of volunteers to go around and see if the issues on the site were fixed? If you have an iPhone app you can walk around and see all of the issues nearby and close out ones that are fixed.
