Description

People are constantly parking in the turnout signed maintenance and emergency parking only during the hours between 3pm and 5pm on weekdays, making it impossible for emergency vehicles to use the space when they need it.There should be a no stopping any time sign at the turnout and parking enforcement to enforce the space.
