We have neighbors who are elderly and walk daily. Blocking the sidewalk.

The County go through the motions, they tell you to take pictures of the various cars. They earn double taxes, from the owner and from Airbnb. Then it takes tax dollars to pursue this through the courts. The GGCA don't pursue this either, they're more bothered about the aesthetic look of Gulf Gate. There are so many Airbnb's in Gulf Gate now it's getting rediculous and can only get worse. Good luck,
