Description

To follow up on closed issues 9227894, 9459343, 9461034, 9163105 and 9514140: the city removed the parked vehicles and the fences, and cleaned up. An improvement no doubt, thank you. This was about 2 weeks ago. When the fences were there they stopped the trash, which is now again freely blowing all over this patch of land. What is the city's long term plan?
