When will the old right hand lane on Winooski ave be blocked?? It was supposedly going to be done when the weather got warmer but it's been warm for the last couple of weeks and nothing has been done about it!! People are still using the old lane to turn right and go straight.. It's a hazard and dpw has not done a thing about it except told a lie about it!!
