The same face is on a garage door on the other side of St. Paul's Ave. And then there are the highway supports, all along the street. The infuriating thing about this is I am sure the police know who is doing this. I saw the same face on a building in Greenville a couple of weeks ago.
If the perpetrators are never punished, this will just continue unabated.
