Description

My upstairs Neighbours are driving me up the wall. I've been here for the past 4 months and every night of every day they play music so loud, I can hear it downstairs, Stomp on the ground, shift furniture and so on. It's almost always during early hours of the night beginning from 10:30 or 11 to early in the morning till 5 or 6. The management has sent them a warning, but they haven't changed their ways and are not taking requests to keep it down. Unfortunately, I can't shift as of this point so I'm pretty much stuck here. Please help! I am at my wit's end here. It's affecting me physically, mentally and academically.
