Thanks for checking. The neighborhood association has contacted the owner of the rental home several times to no response. Here's to hoping it is a city issue and this will fix it or at least get the ball rolling to have the owner respond to someone. Thank you!

Per Public Works, this hole is located in the driveway apron and will be the responsibility of the property owner to repair.

Could you please suggest how to move forward on how to prompt the owner to respond? Owner lives out of state and is not responsive to any requests from neighbors nor tenants. We appreciate COR for checking to see if this was in the street :-)
