I got a call from the Mayor on the reverse 911 system about Insurance coverage- Access Health is spending millions on PR, so why is the Mayor abusing this system for non-emergency hub bub to further her own agenda?

I want off this list- they don't enforce snow bans anyway.

Who can we report this to- State Police, FCC ??
