Description
There is no "One Way" sign at the bottom of Abbott Street indicating that you can't turn right on Exchange Street. Saw two cars go the wrong way down Exchange within a couple minutes of one another this afternoon. Very dangerous.

Currently there is a No Right Turn sign at the bottom of Abbott St to notify drivers that Exchange St is one way traffic.
