  • My daughter had a Flamingo card that I got 3 months ago with money in it because I loaded it not too long ago. The driver looked at the card today at 4:52 pm, told my daughter that it was expired, and threw it away. I need to know how we can replace this card since it was the driver’s fault. Also, I need to cancel/deactivate the card so that way is not used by someone else ..Requesting a callback
  • I am having issues unable to tap card at the bus not working. Have one with $0 and one with $7.00 either one is working ..needs your help

    The City received a complaint by a citizen for the off-site signage on the TECO street car near Fort Brooke garage.
    Off-site signage is not legal within the City of Tampa and this signage for Hattricks.
  • I had $25.00 on my flamingo card on 4/27 and added $10.00 to equal $35.00. I used my card that same day and on Sunday and today, I have not seen any of the transactions I have made. Usually, it will automatically deduct the fee. But, the onboard shows zero dollars like nothing was deducted and that concerns me because I use Hartline and it is my only transportation. I just find it odd to see this and I want to understand why it is changing now.
  • My phone signed out of my flamingo app and I have tried to sign in but my password is not working. I requested to reset it and it sent an email but no instructions or email to create a new password. I need this card to go to work and I can't get in to give you the card number.
