Mattress, plywood and shopping carts left by dumpster near the salvage yard require pickup by Sanitation. Likely left there by vagrant population. Environmental hazard.

Large couch and furniture require pickup by Sanitation. Location is in the alley (Calla Terrace N) directly north of The Portland (300 8th St N) .

The bike lanes on 28th St. North, between 30th Ave. and 38th Ave. North require repainting by the City. This could be a safety issue for cyclists coming through the area.

Mosquitos are quite prevalent in my area, noticeably when we are in the backyard. We are easily able to unlock gate to backyard when needed.

The medians immediately west of 275 on 38th Ave. North, require some serious re-landscaping by the County (This is a county road). Most of the low-lying plants are dead.

This is an eyesore and should be an easy fix.

Storm drain requires replacement by City. It is broken and could be a safety hazard to pedestrians.

Alley parallel to Yale St N, between Morris and Yale, from 30th to 32nd Avenues requires blading/milling.

PSTA bench is broken almost in half. Requires repair/replacement. There’s also a shopping cart just sitting there that needs to be picked up by Sanitation.

Maintenance issue: Yellow lines/lane dividers all along 34th Ave N (between 28th St N and 22nd St. N) in the St. Pete Heights neighborhood require re-painting. They’re barely visible. Could be a safety/traffic issue.

Location is the in the alley in between 37th and 36th Aves N and 28th St. N.

This drain is somewhat hidden and hard to see but it's on the corner. Is this a storm drain? (We weren't sure). If so, it desperately needs to be cleaned out unclogged.

Dead cat on the Northwest corner of 24th St. North and 30th Ave. North. Cat is in the easement on the grass near the storm drain,

I’d like to request a pick up for this piece of old fence that got blown down in the last hurricane. It is located in the alley directly behind 3100 Yale Street North.

Storm drain at the intersection of Morris Street, Yale Street and 30th Ave. North is clogged and full of plant growth.

I’m not sure what these things are but they’re very unsightly and they seem like they are unnecessarily exposed. Is there any way to get rid of these or cover them in a more appropriate manner?
