This tree dropped a major limb a few months ago. It does not appear to be leafing out. Please assess and prioritize for removal if need be. Thank you.

Apparent dead tree dropping bark and limbs on the sidewalk and roadway. Please assess and remove.

Street tree near 227 Lenox was run over last night. Driver swerved to avoid an erratic oncoming car. Everybody was okay.

I helped the driver pull the tree away from her car. It's cut up and stacked neatly at the curb.

Overhead telecommunications wire is sagging down low, within reach of pedestrians and vehicles. Nearest pole is UI Co. 4991 at 2 Bishop Street.

A pile of furnishings and household goods has been left curbside in front of 26 Bishop Street.

Short-term flooding at intersection of State Street and Bishop Street. The capacity of the curb inlet catch basin could not keep up with the recent storm. The grate-style structure across the street did not have any issues.

Post-storm, water is draining, but not all of it. The low point appears to be somewhere in the crosswalk several feet away. The recent milling and paving may have affected drainage patterns.

Please check the inlet and clean it out if need be. The low point problem should be a punch list priority for the paving contractor.
