    Only 5 seconds allowed with left turn arrow on canal st. (turning on to mill st., where Domino's Pizza is). 2 or 3 cars at a time successfully clear the light. traffic backed up down canal st, half way to Crosby's. 10-15 minutes waiting. this was at 2:20pm on a Friday. Please fix!

    high pitched continual hum coming from a building on SSU campus. is so loud in some rooms of my house that i have to move zoom mtgs to another area. it seems to happen worse in cold months, and mostly during school hours. if it drives me crazy, I can't imagine how miserable people's pets must be.
    possible cause is a bad bearing on a rooftop HVAC unit somewhere on campus. sound is strangely sometimes worse inside rather than outside, prob because there's less traffic noise covering it up. SO GLAD other people are speaking up about this. Mayor's Office: please don't dismiss this as just another duplicate. SSU has to know that this is affecting a large number of residents.

    gaping hole in sidewalk on harbor side of the bridge on 114 that goes over Lead Mills inlet. Kid had stepped into it inadvertently, was really banged up and bloody. called his parents to pick him up. This is on the Salem side of bridge. please fix this.

    Mattress has been dumped on sidewalk, blocking pedestrians and causing them to step into roadway to walk around it. it has remained like this for 3 weeks. Please contact landlord to have his tenants take care of the issue.
